Jet at the Canning Town Post Office is always incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Today, he helped me with 20+ envelopes and a large box, all while managing the huge queues calmly and with a smile.
It’s not the first time I’ve been impressed by his friendly attitude and excellent service. This branch is clearly very busy and understaffed, but Jet truly makes the difference. Thank you!

Hate coming here, queues are always long, best if they'd have 2 separate queues for sending and collecting 🙂

I went to canning town post office on a Monday afternoon and noticed only 3(2 female and 1 male) staff members were working. I visited for the 1st time so I didn’t know if I have to queue for the collection as I saw others with the packages for mostly to deliver. I went to 1st who just closed her till to ask if i need to queue up and she was very rude before I even ask she said I am not serving. I told her I just want to ask you something and she said I am not serving so I can’t answer you. I thought maybe she is not having a good day and went to other customer assistant to ask while she just finished serving. I went to her and just asked “do I need” and she in very rude tone can’t you see the customer is in front of me. I said I just want to ask you something and again she was said I am serving someone you will have to wait.
Very rude customer service and 0 professionalism. Only 2 members are serving while more than 20 are waiting to be served. Manager needs to allocate more staff members on Monday as this is a busy day because of Saturday half day and Sunday holiday. Queuing for 30 mins just to collect parcel is not a good customer service and specially need to train or hire customer assistant.
